Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee?

~ Ps 94:20

Truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.  Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

The prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.  An high priest … holy, harmless, undefiled.

We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.  The prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience.

Whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

Ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

~ Col 3:3

How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?  I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live; yet not I but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.  He died for all, that they which live should not live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them and rose again.  If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

We are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ.  As thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us.  Ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.  Because I live, ye shall live also.

To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

We, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness.

~ 1 Pet 2:24

Put off, concerning the former conversation, the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts: and be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and … put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Ye are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God.  As Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

~ Isa 53:10

It pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief.

Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.

Being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. For I came down from heaven, not to do mine will, but the will of him that sent me. The cup which my father hath given me, shall I not drink it?

The Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.—My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, Mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth.

The Lord strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.

~ Ps 41:3

In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them.—He whom thou lovest is sick.

My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

We faint not; … though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

In him we live, and move, and have our being.

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.
The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.

Abraham believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

~ Gen 15:6

He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; and being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness. Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him: but for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead.

The promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

The just shall live by faith. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised). Our God is in the heavens; he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. With God nothing shall be impossible. And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

The floods lift up their waves.

~  Ps 93:3

The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea. O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee? thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.

Fear ye not me? saith the Lord: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it?

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee.

Peter … walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.

The only wise God our Saviour
~ Jude 1:25

Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption.

Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection? It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know?

We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory.

The mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: to the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known, by the church, the manifold wisdom of God.

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

Morning Prayer

THE GOVERNMENT OF JESUS
Isaiah 9:6-7

In Jesus’ Name, I Pray God’s Will for You Today

May you understand that God’s will is for government to rest on Christ’s shoulders. Proclaim that Jesus Christ is the perfect Ruler. I pray that you will proclaim Him as the Wonderful Counselor and the Prince of Peace. May you always pray that all rulers and governments will submit to His lordship, so that peace, justice and righteousness will reign. I declare that out of the increase of His government and peace, there will be no end.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

~ Jas 2:26

Not every one that saith, … Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. ~ Holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.

Add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.

By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.
