Slow to Anger

Don’t befriend angry people or associate with hot-tempered people, or you will learn to be like them and endanger your soul.

It’s easy to pick up habits from others, even if we don’t notice it. When the people we surround ourselves with are quick-tempered or hot-headed, we may begin to view their behavior as an effective way to get service or attention. But remember, these habits aren’t effective at becoming Christlike. Are there particular situations where you become quick-tempered? What can you do to calm your anger in the future?
