Evening Prayer

SUBMISSIVE SPIRIT 
Jeremiah 3:15; Hebrews 13:17; James 3:17

In Jesus’ Name, I Pray God’s Will for You

I pray that God will grant you a submissive spirit. May you obey your spiritual leaders and submit to their authority. I pray that they will keep watch over you as men who must give an account to God. I pray that you will obey them so that their work will be a joy and not a burden. May God surround you with shepherds after His own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding. I pray that you will cultivate a spirit that submits to your spiritual leaders day to day.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
