Jesus Lives

My Love goes on and on into the future-Glory of forever. I am the mysterious Lover who will never let you go. Many people despise mystery, because they want to reduce life to what they can comprehend through their senses and reasoning. This is like trying to love someone by spending time with the person’s picture rather than with the living human being. Love is both mysterious and sacred because it is the essence of the perfect relationships We enjoy within the Trinity. It is also how I—your living Savior—choose to relate to you. There is no barrier between us because My blood keeps on cleansing you from all sin. So you are free to draw near Me; in response, I come closer to you.

A blessed way to come near Me is to ponder the strength of My Love: Many waters cannot quench it; rivers cannot wash it away. This Love is the most powerful force in the universe, and it will ultimately prevail—in your current life (as you trust Me) and throughout eternity. Remember that you are My beloved; this is your forever-identity. Rejoice in this intimate security, for it is worth more than all the wealth in the world!

But if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

[1 John 1:7]

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.

[James 4:8]

Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot wash it away. If one were to give all the wealth of his house for love, it would be utterly scorned.

[Song of Songs 8:7]

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear.

[1 John 4:16–18]
